Aware of the importance of English Language in their future lives and careers at a time when English has imposed itself as a global language, 45 English Access Microscholarship students received their certificates in Kpalimé on September 10, 2015. This event marked the end of the two-year English course organized by Martin Luther King School. In the presence of parents, guests, media and teachers, students presented sketches, read speeches, and recited poems to demonstrate their proficiency in English. English Access Microscholarship program provides 13-20 years old secondary school students from economically disadvantaged background the opportunity to upgrade their knowledge in the basics of English language proficiency.
