Message for U.S. Citizens: Land Border Closure

The Togolese government has announced that Togolese land borders will be closed from Friday, April 24 at 9:00 p.m. until Sunday, April 26 at 6:00 a.m. According to the announcement, the Ministry for Territorial Administration can make special exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
