Partnership with North Dakota National Guard

Robert Whitehead, receives an award from Maj. Gen. David Sprynczynatyk

U.S. Ambassador  to Togo, Robert Whitehead, receives an award on May 7, 2015 from Maj. Gen. David Sprynczynatyk, adjutant general for the North Dakota National Guard, for his participation in the  LDESP (Leader Development and Education for Sustained Peace) course held in Bismarck, North Dakota. The three-day course was the key activity during a week-long National Guard Bureau’s State Partnership Program (SPP) engagement hosted by the North Dakota National Guard for its newest partners, the Republic of Benin and Togolese Republic. This is the first major activity with representatives from these partner nations to take place in North Dakota.
